ChatGPT, Sleep and Sad Statistics
Welcome to the Growth Guide, a weekly newsletter where I share actionable ideas to help you Live Better, Achieve More and Be Financially Free.
This week on the Growth Guide Podcast we talked to Dr. Chris Winter, author of The Sleep Solution: Why Your Sleep Is Broken and How to Fix it.
35% of people sleep <7 hours per night.
If you’re one of them, it could be killing you.
Lack of sleep has been linked to 7 of the 15 leading causes of death.
This book will help you solve your sleep challenges with recommendations like:
Reduce caffeine in-take
Have a consistent wake-up time
View exercise as a non-negotiable
Create a sanctuary in your bedroom
Establish a routine for rest, eating and exercise
Compensate for sleep by napping or increasing sleep on weekends

Give clear direction
Review any work product
Refine your directions further
Continue to rinse and repeat the process.
Prompts aren’t the answer.
What you need to learn is the process of using AI iteratively and as an assistant.
Click below to see an example of how you can use AI in this way for each of these steps:
Be Financially Free
I read the saddest statistic yesterday.
30% of Americans can't retire until they're 80,
And life expectancy is 77...I don’t want that to be you.
This Ultimate Personal Finance Guide should help you, my friends.
It’s so easy to lose sight of the finish line.
The money comes in and it goes out without a thought.
It isn’t until we’re intentional about the future that we change the present.
How can you change your income or spending to retire when you want to?
For the Thought and Question, drop me a note - I want to hear from you.
